RAPID PROTOTYPING "OPEN CAST" MOLDING Postal / Corrugated Box Compliant Wheels
	One aluminum "master male pattern" is machined on CNC lathe or mill from Solid Works® CAD program and mounted in aluminum pot. Shop time less than 2 hours.
	Aluminum filled epoxy is poured over "master male pattern" and female pattern (above picture) is complete (less than 1 hour). Female mold is filled with urethane and cures for 30 minutes.
	The urethane wheel is demolded from female pattern to produce final product. Multiple female patterns can be produced for medium to large runs. Molds will last thousands of castings.
