HIGH TOLERANCE SOFT TOOLING Bonding Metal To Urethane Blood Pump Gear
	One steel "master male pattern" is machined on a CNC lathe from Solid Works® CAD program and mounted in a pot.
	A special urethane was poured over a "master male pattern" to produce a high tolerance gear female mold. The steel hub is then inserted into the urethane mold.
	With the steel hub now in the mold, urethane is poured into mold and bonds to hub. The gear and steel hub are demolded. Molds will last thousands of castings.
